About me

I’m a professionally certified coach (ICF accreditation) and mentor, specializing in both life and business coaching. I work with business owners, executives and team leaders who are ready to grow and move forward.

This path was shaped by more than 25 years of experience in both Czech and international companies – from marketing specialist to executive roles.
Currently, I serve as CEO at the Logistics Academy and also run my own company, ETORA Solutions.

I’m often invited to take on the role of interim manager, especially where change is needed. My strength lies not only in managing organizations effectively, but also in leading teams with clarity and human understanding.
As a communicative and hands-on leader, I enjoy working with people and I’m not afraid to step into difficult relationships or dysfunctional systems – because I believe in improving things where it matters.
